We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of IT projects aligned with our business transformation goals. You’ll be the key driver of program governance, ensuring seamless execution across teams, budgets, and timelines, while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end program governance, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sponsor expectations.
- Oversees a portfolio of interrelated projects, managing dependencies, risks, and resources.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams and challenge implementation strategies when needed.
- Tracks budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provides regular updates to senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Profile:
- Solid understanding of IT production processes (ITIL, monitoring, scheduling).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code).
- Experience with cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, containers, microservices)
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (VMs, RHEL, Oracle, etc.).
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and French is a plus.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive decisions.
- Confident in managing complexity and making data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
