WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This position will manage both services and experiences teams, both locally
and international. You will work in a matrix environment and ensure
priorities and dependencies are aligned within your squads and your direct
dependent squads. This role will work to ensure stitching across GT
domains to provide an integrated and cohesive technology program plan
and schedule. You will have a close partnership with Engineering, Product,
and Design
 
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will drive key programs within the Partner & Marketplace Engineering
portfolio. This role will lead diverse cross-functional teams to execute
complex and strategic programs.
 

The ideal candidate for this position will be seasoned in program
management with strong leadership skills, communication skills, and
expertise with digital and technology transformation and execution. This
person will have demonstrated experience in an agile and program model
structure. This role requires a candidate who is strong at building
relationships across functions to align strategies and drive delivery. This
person will be a strategic problem solver, with an ability to prioritize
multiple and competing priorities, while driving a plan to execution. 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

- 6-8 years of Technical Program Management experience; self-
motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.
- Relevant experience in eCommerce, Mobile Commerce, Digital
Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations preferred.
- Experience leading large program management efforts.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely
with cross-functional partners to deliver key strategic initiatives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge
the status quo.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented
matrixed environment.
- Delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Deep experience with Jira and Confluence.
 
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As an IT Project Manager, you will focus on the planning and delivery of
strategic initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to create,
manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives. You will lead and
execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule,
budget, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and
workstreams.
- Develop and execute program plans, monitoring progress and
adjusting as needed.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Partner with change management and learning development to ensure
successful activation and adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to
stakeholders.
- Implementing constant and consistent process improvements for
quarterly planning, sprint planning, reporting, tracking, refinement,
and communications.
