We are looking for the IT Program Manager in the Information Technology Department at Bank of Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing IT programs (from initiation to implementation);
Collecting and analyzing business requirements;
Defining the scope, goals, and key outcomes of the program;
Mobilizing the necessary budget and resources for program implementation;
Searching for vendors, selecting, conducting scorecard analysis, planning, and executing pilots;
Managing relationships with vendors and supporting the contracting process in collaboration with all involved parties;
Creating/managing a unified program backlog;
Communicating with clients, sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and planning tasks needed for the program;
Coordinating cross-functional teams for work to be completed during quarterly planning;
Participating in quarterly planning, presenting past progress, and setting goals for the next quarter;
Reporting to sponsors and clients within the scope of programs.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Education: Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or Finance.
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking, with experience in Agile methodology preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Fluent in English;
Knowledge of Agile methodology fundamentals, practices, and theory;
Ability to make business decisions and focus on bank strategy;
Analytical thinking, initiative, and attention to detail;
Ability to transform ideas into opportunities and functions;
Communication and presentation skills;
Negotiation skills;
Computer skills: MS Office, Jira, Confluence.
