Cottage Health is seeking an Senior IT PMO Program Manager for their CH ITS Administration who is responsible for managing a variety of large scale project portfolios that fall within the technical and non-technical areas from concept through deployment. Aligned with established project methodologies, the position works collaboratively with senior leadership, IT groups, business partners, suppliers and other teams to consistently deliver portfolios on time, within scope and within budget.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, information technology, business management, or applicable years of experience (2 years experience = 1 year college)

Preferred:
  • Masters

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Preferred:
  • Project Management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or other or other continual learning org

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
  • Competency using project management tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project or other workflow documentation tools). Working knowledge of Information Technology and business operations.

Preferred:
  • Alternative Working knowledge of hospital or business operations.

  • Relies on experience and judgment to perform the functions of the job and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks autonomously and with proficiency. Works with minimal supervision, and some degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Solid understanding of budget lifecycle, vendor/risk management, and business models. This role has the ability to define the requirements in developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization in the area they have been assigned.

*Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
