- Support communication and collaboration between North America and Asia-based teams.
- Organize and document project meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports, executive presentations, and meeting summaries.
- Assist with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, business groups, vendors, and external partners.
- Maintain project documentation and support project governance activities.
- Assist IT leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Occasional travel within North America may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, business coordination, IT administration, or related roles.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience supporting IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology-related projects.
- Experience working in multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
