IT PMO BUSINESS SENIOR ANALYST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Manage IT project submission process, lead project quality reviews & reporting, facilitate annual technology planning and provide general IT PMO support.Advanced senior professional with wide ranging experience uses professional concepts and to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
What you will do
- Manage IT project submission process for IT PMO
- Ensure completeness of the project profiles and perform preliminary analysis
- Facilitate follow-up with Business and various IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Make decision recommendations on the submitted project requests
- Look for opportunities to optimize prioritization of project requests submitted to IT PMO
- Manage IT PMO reporting & oversight
- Conduct project quality reviews
- a. Complete scheduled reviews
- b. Communicate the review results
- c. Ensure resolution of all identified issues in timely manner
- Review and process financial reporting components and prepare summary/conclusion point of view.
- Gather and provide necessary supporting details, as required
- Lead the IT PMO led process and system re-engineering activities
- Drive and/or oversee full discovery and ideation of all initiatives. Directly partnering with different T&I Practice Areas (Enterprise Architect and Info Sec) and Finance partners for full due diligence.
- Guide sizing for prioritized projects. Work directly with impacted T&I Practice Areas, T&I Technology Owner and impacted business units to drive further discovery and sizing of a project.
- Facilitate budget and project change review and approval process. Make decision recommendations.
- Lead key IT PMO owned processes and routines
- Key contributor in Executive Level Meetings as a participant and presenter, preparing and producing all of the materials
- Key contributor in the Annual Technology Investment Planning process, including facilitation of the training, processes, support and reporting
- Provide ongoing support of general PMO activities
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience
- Minimum 5 years in a PMO or Business Consulting -focused role
Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Project, and SharePoint
Compensation
Starting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
