ATI Business Group is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to support our production team on-site with daily IT operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure services, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT support. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication.
Your Main ObjectiveTo manage and maintain daily IT operations, ensuring infrastructure services run smoothly while contributing to the execution and improvement of IT procedures, policies, and goals.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesYou will handle day-to-day IT operations and maintain IT infrastructure services (LAN, WLAN, servers, firewall, CCTV, IP telephony, access door, etc.).
You will maintain productivity benchmarks according to the team’s minimum standards.
You will follow instructions and established guidelines to perform assigned tasks accurately.
You will ensure all work complies with the team’s standards and contribute to IT procedures and process improvements.
You will report issues or system limitations to your direct supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
Proven experience and strong knowledge of networking (hardware, software, etc.).
Time management skills with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to work effectively under the guidance of team leaders and collaborate with team members.
Nice to have: Experience with common enterprise technologies and concepts such as Campus LAN, WLAN, WAN, basic infrastructure security, and ITSM.
