IT Operations Engineer

Humanaut Health (www.humanauthealth.com) is an early stage healthcare startup focused on health optimization and longevity, with our first clinic located in Austin, Texas. Our mission is to help our clients identify health problems that will impact their healthspan, and work with them to make life changing improvements. We are combing both a virtual business and a real world clinic staffed by MD's and a full care team.

We are seeking to hire an IT Operations Engineer to help us deliver the software and tools that our internal clinic operations and medical staff are using to deliver a unique, high quality experience. More specifically, our technology and software tools include a Point of Sale System (POS), CRM, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Care Team portal, where they manage patient messaging, lab tests, health data, and more.

The job involves working with operations, medical, and technology team to deploy and manage in-clinic tools that are used by internal staff. In particular, deploying, installing, and training users on our Point of Sale system at new clinics are an important part of the role. In addition, the job involves responding to service requests, customization requests, or fixing bugs, and most importantly, making sure our staff has the tools they need to do their jobs. Security configuration and working on security audits are also important parts of the job.

We're looking for someone who is very hands on, technical, and a great communicator and who loves working with internal and external clients. Experience in retail or healthcare environment is a plus. We're also looking for a candidate that is passionate about healthcare and wellness, and super excited for working at a fast moving startup.

We are a hybrid office that combines remote work and in person office time in our Austin clinic and headquarters (also in Austin).
