Key ResponsibilitiesIT Contract Tracking & Lifecycle Support

• Maintain centralized tracking of IT contracts, including start/end dates, renewals, funding sources, and contractual commitments

• Monitor contract milestones and initiate contract review and renewal processes in coordination with IT owners, Procurement, and Legal

• Support contract change tracking, amendments, and extensions to ensure spend alignment and governance

Operational Procurement & Invoicing Support

• Support IT operational procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding coordination

• Assist with invoice validation, ensuring charges align with contract terms, rates, and approved spend

• Track invoice status, resolve discrepancies, and support timely payment processing with Finance and vendors

IT Operational Spend Management (Actuals & Forecasts)

• Track and reconcile IT operational spend, including managed services, software, hardware, and contractor costs

• Support monthly actuals tracking, variance analysis, and rolling spend forecasts

• Provide visibility into committed vs. forecasted spend to support operational and financial decision-making

Annual Budgeting & Financial Planning Support

• Partner with IT Directors and Managers during the annual IT budgeting process

• Consolidate budget inputs, validate assumptions, and support submission of operational IT budgets

Financial Reporting & Stakeholder Support

• Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and materials for IT leadership reviews and governance forums

• Provide ad-hoc analysis and financial support to IT leaders to support vendor, contract, and spend decisions

Governance, Compliance & Audit Support

• Support IT financial governance processes and documentation

• Assist with audit readiness activities by ensuring contract, invoice, and spend records are complete, accurate, and traceable

• Support compliance requirements in regulated environments as needed

Tools, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain and enhance tools, templates, and dashboards supporting IT financial operations and contract tracking

• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial visibility across IT

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience

• 2 years of experience supporting IT financial operations, contract administration, procurement support, or budgeting activities

• Strong financial, analytical, and reconciliation skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial workstreams

• Effective communicator able to partner with both technical and finance stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT contracts, vendor management, or operational IT spend

• Experience working with Procurement and Legal on contract-related activities

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
