This role supports the delivery of technology training and adoption activities for enterprise platforms, helping ensure colleagues can effectively use new tools and capabilities. The position focuses on executing assigned training tasks, assisting with adoption initiatives, and providing day-to-day support to ensure consistent and high-quality rollout of technology solutions.
Working under direction from senior team members, this role contributes to adoption success by supporting training logistics, reinforcing user readiness, and ensuring materials and activities are delivered accurately and on time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER:
• Support the delivery of training sessions, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and assisting facilitators.
• Deliver basic training content and provide guidance to end users on standard features and capabilities of enterprise platforms.
• Assist with execution of adoption activities such as communications, training campaigns, and user engagement efforts.
• Respond to routine user questions related to training materials and technology usage, escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Maintain and update training materials, job aids, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Track participation in training sessions and assist with maintaining attendance and completion records.
• Support onboarding of users to new tools by guiding them through standard processes and resources.

SHAREHOLDER:
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for training delivery and adoption activities.
• Assist in collecting and recording adoption metrics such as training attendance and user engagement.
• Ensure activities are completed in alignment with risk, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Identify and flag issues impacting training delivery or adoption execution to senior team members.

EMPLOYEE / TEAM:
• Work collaboratively with team members to execute assigned tasks and support adoption initiatives.
• Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and build familiarity with supported technologies.
• Contribute to maintaining organized and accessible training resources and documentation.

BREADTH & DEPTH:
• Performs structured tasks within clearly defined processes and guidelines.
• Develops foundational knowledge of enterprise platforms and training practices.
• Supports multiple initiatives with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
• Undergraduate degree or relevant technical certification preferred
• 2–4 years relevant experience in training support, operations, or technology ennoblement
• Experience with enterprise or productivity tools preferred

  • Provides day-to-day application/system support
  • Applications/systems and tasks are low to moderately complex and performed under management guidance and supervision
  • Participates in resolving client applications/system issues
  • May support the installation, configuration, upgrade of business applications/systems in co-ordination with appropriate stakeholders
