Position / Assignment Purpose :
The position is responsible for supporting IT operations (including desktop, helpdesk, infrastructure, security, user training, etc) of Rolling Wireless in Budapest office onsite and other Rolling Wireless’ offices mainly in Europe/USA, but limited to, remotely.
Key Accountabilities/ Statement of Work :
1- Desktop support for employees in Budapest offce and Europe/USA territory.
a. Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
b. Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
c. Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
2- Maintain the hardware and software of servers in Budapest server room .
3- Maintenance of network devices in Budapest office.
4- Managing third-party vendor to deliver solution and provide on-going support/improvement on infrastructure/desktop for Budapest office and Europe territory.
5- IT security monitoring on network, server/laptop, etc. for Europe territory.
6- Support Quality team on customer request when needed.
Required Education, Experience and Competencies :
- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Good written and spoken English/ Hungarian skills, French or Germany is a plus.
- Experienced on desktop support of hardware/software, including Windows, Linux, O365, Active Directory, etc.
- Familiar with enterprise IT infrastructure solutions, including network, hosting, backup, etc
- Experience with IT security monitoring tools : Nessus, SIEM, etc.
- Previous experience of managing third-party vendors.
- Good communication, and teamwork spirit.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
