Job Summary
The IT Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, security, and optimization of the bank's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues promptly.
- Provide first-level support for the bank's Core Banking System.

- Perform routine data backups and disaster recovery testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience supporting banking applications and IT infrastructure
- Good understanding of CBN IT guidelines, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance within the financial sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required
