Competencies / Skills
• All IT Operations Specialist Education or Equivalent Experience • Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years. • Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1) related with production calendar • English Level: Advanced. • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan. • Excellent level of analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues. • Demonstrates initiative by reaching beyond work assigned to improve output and/or help others • Proven ability in project management skills and ability to teach others. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and significantly complex projects and assignments with high level of autonomy and accountability for results. • Demonstrated ability in lead projects by coordinating the work of others. • Know all applications and general business function supported at plant. • Ability to understand an application's design in the plant (how hosted, what database/OS) for all vital and critical applications at the site.
