Role Overview:

The IT Manager/Technical Account Manager plays a crucial role at ICE Consulting, acting as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. In this position, you'll leverage your technical expertise to understand clients' IT needs, ensuring that their systems are optimized, secure, and effectively supported. You will manage client relationships, oversee the resolution of technical issues, and contribute to project delivery, all while championing client success and satisfaction with our services.


Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6-11 years of experience in IT management or technical account management, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and quotation applications, such as ConnectWise and QuoteWerks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure management, system analysis, and hardware/software systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong decision-making capability and a proactive, positive demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in executing job responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, delivering superior customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and maintain effective client interactions.

Desirable Traits:

  • Established history of building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Experience in data analytics, CRM systems, cloud solutions, or digital project management.
  • Adaptable and capable of navigating ambiguous situations effectively.
  • Background in regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare) is advantageous.
