  • Provide guidance and financial context for contract reviews, renewals, and sourcing decisions when escalated.
  • Ensure procurement decisions align with approved budgets, financial forecasts, and governance standards.
  • Act as an escalation and advisory point for vendor financial topics rather than a daily operational owner.

3. Chief of Staff Responsibilities

  • Act as an extension of the IT leadership, ensuring priorities are translated into clear execution plans.
  • Maintain operational cadence including leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive communications.
  • Drive preparation of leadership materials, dashboards, and executive‑level storytelling.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, dependencies, and follow‑ups to closure.

4. Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure team compliance with IT governance, financial, procurement, and operational processes.
  • Oversee operational hygiene including training compliance, mandatory certifications, and policy adherence.
