As an IT Manager at Extend, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT Professionals, designing technology solutions for a fast growing corporate start-up, and collaborating across department lines to understand Extend’s technology goals. This role requires an individual with strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of technical problem solving.
What You'll Do:- Lead, hire, mentor, and assist a growing team of IT Professionals that work directly with partners throughout the Extend organization to provide technical support and build corporate infrastructure
- Drive critical IT projects that continually modernize Extend’s technology stack, improve productivity, and enable new solutions
- Collaborate across departments with leaders throughout the organization to develop solutions that best fit their needs and ensure seamless integration
- Ensure Extend’s compliance with cybersecurity best practices, SOC controls, and industry regulations
- Work hands-on to address complex technical issues and act as an expert in the IT technologies that Extend utilizes
- Develop IT budgets, foster vendor relationships, and drive the technology procurement process for Extend
- 4+ years of experience in an IT Engineering role
- 4+ years of experience in leading projects or teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Deep understanding of IT technology fundamentals and best practices
- Proven track record of collaboration across departments and ability to solve for ‘the bigger picture’ of the organization
- Ability to lead, organize, and drive transformational technology projects
- Ability to perform in a high energy environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities
- Proficiency with common software solutions for managing Corporate IT such as Okta / JAMF / Google Suite
- Certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, PMP
- Experience or Certifications with AWS
Expected Pay Range: $140,000 - $155,000 per year salaried*
* The target base salary range for this position is listed above. Individual salaries are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
