Role

• Effective installation and configuration of systems hardware and software infrastructure
• Managing IT networks and ensuring seamless connectivity
• Ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Creating and managing data security and backup infrastructure
• Evaluating and managing software/hardware products and vendor relationships
• Monitoring systems daily and responding to security/usability concerns
• Managing MacOS environments and JAMF MDM
• Managing and maintaining Windows Server environments
• Managing email systems and ensuring their security and reliability
• Ensuring endpoint security across all devices
• Managing large server farms including cloud infrastructure
• Creating and managing SOPs

Must Have

• 6+ Years of Experience in Systems Administration & IT Infrastructure – Strong expertise in managing servers, networks, and overall IT architecture.
• Proficiency in Security & Endpoint Protection – Extensive experience in implementing cybersecurity measures and protecting systems from threats.
• Hands-on Experience with OS & Cloud Management – Skilled in managing MacOS, Windows servers, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong System Monitoring & Vendor Management Skills – Ability to proactively track performance issues and coordinate with vendors for IT solutions.
• Knowledge of Policy & Compliance Management – Deep understanding of IT policies, security protocols, and industry compliance standards.
