Job Description

MES Operations and Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to define business requirements and optimize manufacturing processes through MES.
  • Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability of the MES environment.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and digitalization initiatives by leveraging MES capabilities.

Project Management:

  • Lead MES-related projects, including new functionality, system enhancements, and equipment integration.
  • Coordinate with global IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Manage project priorities, risks, and resources to support business objectives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the MES team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversee daily operational activities.
  • Manage outsourced development partners and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the MES team and ensure stable operation of manufacturing IT systems.
  • Manage MES enhancement and implementation projects from planning through deployment.
  • Build strong partnerships with manufacturing, engineering, and global IT organizations.
  • Support manufacturing operations through effective use of IT systems and digital technologies.
  • Report project status, operational performance, and key issues to IT management.

Expected Background

  • Experience leading MES implementation, operation, or enhancement projects within a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, engineering, and IT organizations.
  • Experience leading technical teams and coordinating external vendors.
  • Experience working in a global organization is preferred.

Expected Skill

  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and manufacturing business processes.
  • Ability to define business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL.
  • Knowledge of ERP accounting procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business-level English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
