Job Description
MES Operations and Continuous Improvement:
- Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to define business requirements and optimize manufacturing processes through MES.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability of the MES environment.
- Drive continuous process improvement and digitalization initiatives by leveraging MES capabilities.
Project Management:
- Lead MES-related projects, including new functionality, system enhancements, and equipment integration.
- Coordinate with global IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
- Manage project priorities, risks, and resources to support business objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop the MES team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and oversee daily operational activities.
- Manage outsourced development partners and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
