At EcoWater Europe, a leader in innovative water treatment solutions and part of Marmon Holdings, a Berkshire Hathaway company, we're looking for an IT Manager Europe to drive our digital transformation journey across multiple European locations. You will be based in Poznan, Poland.

This is an opportunity to influence the future of technology within a growing international organization. Working directly with the European leadership team, you will shape and execute the digital roadmap, helping the business leverage technology, data and AI to improve performance, efficiency and customer experience.

At the same time, you will remain closely connected to the day-to-day realities of the business. Whether supporting key system implementations, working with local teams to solve challenges, or driving continuous improvement initiatives, you'll be actively involved in turning ideas into results.

From AI initiatives and ERP transformations to cybersecurity, infrastructure and business applications, you'll be at the center of both strategic decision-making and successful execution.

• Define and drive the digital transformation agenda across Europe.

• Partner directly with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Manufacturing.

• Evaluate, pilot and scale AI solutions that create measurable business value.

• Lead critical IT and business systems initiatives from concept to deployment.

• Work closely with users and stakeholders across multiple European locations to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.

• Build strong relationships across the organization and become a trusted advisor to both leadership and operational teams.

• Drive change in an environment where decisions are made quickly and initiatives move from idea to implementation.

This position is ideal for an IT leader who wants to expand their strategic influence while remaining deeply engaged with the business.

You enjoy understanding how organizations operate, identifying opportunities for improvement and working alongside stakeholders to make change happen. You're comfortable discussing digital strategy with senior leadership, but equally motivated by solving business challenges, leading projects and ensuring successful adoption of new solutions.

You are practical, entrepreneurial and collaborative, with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.

• Experience in an international IT role, ideally in a manufacturing environment

• A strong interest in digital transformation, data analytics and AI.

• Experience with ERP, CRM and business-critical applications.

• A track record of leading projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• The ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.

• A passion for continuous improvement and creating value through technology.
