  • Oversee cloud-based systems, servers, and network management.

  • Technical Support & Training

  • Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

  • Conduct IT training sessions to enhance digital literacy and security awareness.

  • Develop documentation and guides for IT policies and best practices.

  • Project Management & Digital Innovation

  • Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for program efficiency and outreach.

  • Work with stakeholders to implement tools that support fundraising, communications, and service delivery.
