We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Lead to oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure and technical operations. The ideal candidate will lead the IT function, ensure the stability and security of systems, support business operations, and guide the IT team in delivering efficient technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
• Supervise IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues for end-users.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability to maintain optimal IT operations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Manage user access, permissions, and data protection protocols.
• Oversee IT asset management, documentation, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement IT solutions and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to support business growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, cloud technologies, and IT security.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure and supporting enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
