IT Intern

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Infrastructure Intern to join our team in our Monterrey offices. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on computer equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems.

• Set up, maintain, and repair hardware components, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

• Monitor and support Windows servers to ensure stability and uptime.

• Assist with Active Directory management and Office 365 services.

• Provide technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.

• Participate in structured cabling and network setup projects.

• Apply basic knowledge of networking to support connectivity and diagnose network-related issues.

• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements:

• Active student of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
