We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team for an internship through 2024. The IT Intern will provide support to the IT department by maintaining computer hardware, managing inventory, and assisting in resolving end-user issues. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing essential technical skills.

 You will….  

  • Support all Bombora employees with Help Desk requests
  • Support and maintain endpoints, printers, and A/V for users that are in-office (currently NYC or Reno) and remote 
  • Provide IT support for in-office meetings 
  • Administrate our network, cloud, and third-party services
  • Configure Windows and Mac laptops (create accounts, enroll in hardware management, etc.) according to company standards

You have…

  • Experience with any of these technologies: Jira and Confluence administration, Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Google Workspace administration, Powershell
  • The ability to troubleshoot end-user issues 
  • An analytical mindset and a collaborative attitude
  • A self-motivated mindset and are attentive to assigned tasks
  • The desire to learn and are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a field such as Information Systems or Computer Science

Compensation Package

  • The salary range for this position is $25.00 per hour, up to  20 hours per week.  Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
