Summer Intern Program duration: June 1 – August 7, 2026.
Summer Internship – Business Systems Analyst
Provide support during application installations and upgrades, including helping prepare training materials, updating procedural documentation, and tracking issues or enhancements under the supervision of senior staff.
Help identify and document basic operational or technical issues, assist in troubleshooting steps as directed, and support the process of updating and closing service tickets.
Assist in gathering information from end users and vendors about the features, benefits, and limitations of various software applications and related processes.
Help update and organize important notes and checklists used for daily work and audits.
Location: Jericho, NY (On-Site)

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:
Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
Highly organized
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
Strong analytical skills
Collaborative and inclusive team player
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.00/hr. to $23.00/hr. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
