Join us in Louisville as an Inside Sales Representative, where you’ll be a key part of our sales engine and a direct point of contact for clients. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, partner with our technical staff to translate requirements into accurate quotes, and ensure a smooth, responsive sales experience. Along the way, you’ll learn from the best (we work with Microsoft, Dell, Fortinet, Veeam, CrowdStrike, and more), tackle complex vendor licensing rules, and craft quotes that win. What you'll do
- Serve as the primary sales contact for a segment of clients, handling quoting, renewals, and run-rate sales needs from start to finish
- Provide administrative and quoting support for named accounts, partnering closely with Account Managers to ensure accuracy, speed, and follow-through
- Turn proposals into profit across services, hardware, software, subscriptions, and renewals
- Decode vendor licensing, deal registrations, and partner programs so nothing slips through the cracks
- Prepare, manage, and maintain quotes using approved tools, pricing sheets, and vendor portals
- Track renewals and recurring revenue opportunities to support retention and growth
- Build deep working knowledge of vendor programs, licensing models, and subscription structures
- Continuously improve quoting efficiency, accuracy, and documentation
What you bring
- Sales or quoting experience (internship or 1–2 years), or a strong affinity for numbers, process, and technology
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear, professional communication skills and comfort collaborating with Account Managers, vendors, and clients
- A genuine love of learning
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment with multiple priorities
