Role Summary
Lead end-to-end IT delivery for retail, office, airport, Data center, and infrastructure initiatives across Tiffany & Co. Japan. The role owns project planning, local implementation, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and operational readiness to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal business risk.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workstream Delivery
- Lead IT project delivery across store openings, office moves, airport locations, infrastructure upgrades, and closure/migration activities.
- Translate business and global IT requirements into local execution plans, timelines, budgets, and go-live readiness activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including local IT, global IT, retail operations, finance, store planning, travel retail, telecom, infrastructure, and application teams.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage external vendors and service providers for procurement, onboarding, implementation, issue resolution, and delivery follow-through.
Budget & Financial Management
- Drive CAPEX/OPEX planning, project cost estimation, vendor quotation review, purchase requests, and funding discussions.
- Manage financial risk, cost exposure tracking, and assessment of additional work requirements.
Risk, Security, & Operational Readiness
- Identify delivery risks, operational constraints, and technical dependencies, recommending practical solutions and escalation paths.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices in project execution, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle management.
- Ensure site readiness including network, devices, telecom, and end-user support setup for new and existing locations.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT project delivery, infrastructure management, or workplace technology environments within retail, corporate, or complex operational settings.
Language Skills
- Japanese: Native level (required for extensive local vendor, contractor, and stakeholder coordination).
English: Business level (required for collaboration with global IT and regional leadership).

- Network infrastructure (LAN and wireless, SD-WAN / VeloCloud VCE, ISP connectivity)
