Looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to operate remotely from a home office in India, providing support to our clients based in the USA

Role: IT Infrastructure Manager

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location : Remote

Work Timing :Working hours will include IST afternoon/evening hours, including a 1-hour break.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT roles such as IT Manager/Director, Technical Account Manager, Network/Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, vCIO or CIO.
  

• Fluent in English and able to provide a high level of customer service.
  

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience.
  

• IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
  

• Extensive experience working for US companies and their staff.
  

• Broad knowledge of Windows Server & Desktop OS.
  

Core Job Functions:

• Develop IT project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget constraints.
  

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, ensuring that project deliverables remain on track.
  

• Develop a technical trusted advisor relationship with our clients
  

• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer's specific business environments.
  

• Provide strategic guidance to clients on general technology and IT infrastructure.
  

• Create and follow up on IT hardware/software proposals.
  

• Following documented processes for completing tasks.
  

• Manage the implementation of the technology roadmap defined by our vCIO.

• Experience working for an MSP.
  

• Experience with ConnectWise Manage.
  

• ITIL certification
  

• Experience with our vendor/partner technology including Microsoft, Ubiquity, WatchGuard, Axis Communications, Lenovo, and HP to name a few.
  

• An interest in health/nutrition and/or self-development.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹16,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 yearly or more depending on skills and experience.
