Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Incident Management Specialist who specializes in Major Incident Management and corporate communication to join our Technology Services team.

The Incident Management Specialist will support management during major IT incidents, coordinating response efforts to minimize disruption and restore services as quickly as possible. This role requires a decisive individual who can liaise with cross-functional teams under pressure and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support the response to major IT incidents, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during incidents, maintaining clear and authoritative communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain Major Incident Management plans and procedures.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future response efforts.
  •  Explain incident response protocols and best practices to staff
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure alignment of incident response with corporate objectives.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years’ experience in an IT Incident Management role is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT Service Management frameworks is preferred.

Pay: $61500-$82000
