2. 负责受理、记录、处理、分派、协调、升级、跟进用户IT报修故障问题,并记录事件;
3. 负责定期进行服务满意度回访,实时监控服务质量与用户体验。
Job Requirement:
1.本科以上学历,有基础IT知识。具备优秀语言能力;
2.了解计算机的软硬件基础。
3.具备基本的局域网和互联网的知识。
4.了解手机和平板电脑APP和基本安全知识
5.工作积极主动,有良好的组织协调及沟通能力;
6.良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力,有优秀的客户服务意识;
7. 语言:中文& 韩语
