What you'll do
- Fix things! You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot and support a wide range of technologies like Windows, Chromebooks, VM's Fiber, HVAC Units, Wireless thermostats, Aruba Switches and APs, Network Printers, CISCO VOIP Call Manager System
- Provide end-user IT support and training, including creating and updating documentation, as well as consulting clients on applications, best practices, and general computing processes
- Communicate, coordinate, and follow up with customers and stakeholders
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and/or chats
- Unlock accounts, reset passwords, wireless connectivity troubleshooting

Our Must Haves:
- Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
- Current Arkansas state resident
- High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career
- Exhibited technical aptitude through projects or previous experience and ability to communicate what you know
Details
- Pay: $15/hour, not eligible for benefits
- Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Length of Internship: 3 months
- Location: Lowell, AR
