Yaskawa America, Inc. is currently looking for an IT Help Desk intern to work on the following projects at our Waukegan, IL location:
- Provide phone and email support for users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy equipment and document solutions.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science with a sophomore or junior standing.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work with a team
- Has a passion for learning and exploring new ideas
