Job Description
Enfinity Global is looking for an IT Employee Service Delivery Intern to join our team in Milan.
The position requires the candidate to have, among others, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, structured and organized profile, and the ability to work with tight deadlines set by a highly demanding team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Keep accurate records of all IT assets and software licenses in the local office.
- Meet defined SLAs as defined in the company official ITSM tool
- Provide first‑level support for laptops (Windows/Mac) and mobile devices (Android/iOS).
- Assist with installing software, updating systems, and configuring user devices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics by preparing equipment and accounts under supervision.
- Collaborate with local and global IT team members to resolve user requests.
- Learn to work with the company’s ITSM tool and help meet service-level expectations.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT operations, user support, and enterprise technology environments.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity (even introductory) with networks, Microsoft 365, or IT troubleshooting is a plus—but not required.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a user‑service mindset.
- Ability to collaborate well with others in a multicultural environment.
