Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced IT Governance / Enterprise Architect to support a major transformation initiative. The role focuses on designing and implementing a modern governance framework for a large-scale IT organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, compliance requirements, and digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a COBIT-compliant governance model for enterprise IT.
Conduct analysis of current strategies, processes, and organizational structures.
Define and clarify roles, responsibilities, and processes across stakeholders.
Establish KPIs, steering mechanisms, and compliance monitoring systems (data protection, information security, IT standards).
Develop a roadmap including measures, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
Prepare and deliver key documentation and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, cloud adoption, and IT modernization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT governance and enterprise architecture, with strong knowledge of COBIT 2019.
Demonstrated success in strategy development and governance for IT service providers.
Extensive experience in public administration or large-scale organizational environments.
Strong background in digitalization and cloud technologies.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align governance with overarching strategic goals.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Methodologies & Standards
Mandatory: COBIT 2019.
Optional/advantageous: TOGAF, ITIL, HERMES, ISO 27001.
