About you:

We are seeking for an experienced ITGC Manager - ensuring that our information systems are fully compliant. If you are a highly motivated, organized, proactive, independent, self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment, Hibob is where you want to be!


What will you actually be doing?

The ITGC Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our information systems are compliant with ITGC standards and regulations. 

This individual will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance controls within our information systems environments. 

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITGC principles, audit methodologies, and the ability to manage complex compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ITGC compliance frameworks for information systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify risks, non-compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement in the information systems.
  • Work closely with MIS and business teams to ensure that compliance controls are integrated seamlessly into daily operations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings, compliance initiatives, and progress towards compliance objectives to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of changes in ITGC regulations and standards, as well as updates to NetSuite and Salesforce platforms, to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Lead training sessions for MIS and business teams on compliance requirements, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and consultants during annual audits and compliance assessments.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CPA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT audit and compliance, with a strong focus on ITGC from one of the big 4 accounting firms
  • Extensive experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, including familiarity with their respective security and compliance features.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement ITGC compliance frameworks and controls.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
