We are seeking a talented IT Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Digital and Innovation factory and contribute to our ongoing success.

What you’ll do:

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• You will translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed documentation.

• You will create UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams to visualize processes and workflows.

• You will provide support during the development phases, ensuring that solutions meet the specified requirements.

• You will participate in requirement review meetings and present functional analyses to the development team.

Who you are :

• You have a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in front-end functional analysis (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) to better communicate with development teams.

• You are proficient in using tools for creating UML diagrams.

• You are proficient in using various tools and techniques for requirements engineering, such as use cases, user stories, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc.

• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• You can work independently and as part of a team.

• You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian.

Preferably, you also have:

• You have experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

• Certification in relevant areas such as Business Analysis or ITIL is a plus.
