IT Functional Analyst Senior Specialist

We are seeking a talented IT Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Digital and Innovation factory and contribute to our ongoing success.
What you’ll do:

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

You will translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed documentation.

You will create UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams to visualize processes and workflows.

You will provide support during the development phases, ensuring that solutions meet the specified requirements.

You will participate in requirement review meetings and present functional analyses to the development team.
Who you are :
-
You have a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

You have at least 2-3 years of experience in front-end functional analysis (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) to better communicate with development teams.

You are proficient in using tools for creating UML diagrams.

You are proficient in using various tools and techniques for requirements engineering, such as use cases, user stories, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc.

You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

You can work independently and as part of a team.

You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian.
Preferably, you also have:

You have experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Certification in relevant areas such as Business Analysis or ITIL is a plus.
