The Role
The IT Engineer role at Trilitech plays a vital role in ensuring our people have the tools and support they need to work productively. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping end-user technology running smoothly across our London and Paris teams, supporting a team of around 150 employees. From troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintaining core systems, your work will directly enable our teams to do their best work.

What you’ll do

• Administering Google Workspace, including email and file sharing.

• Managing on-site hardware and communication equipment

• Setting up and installing Mac laptops for new and existing team members

• Overseeing endpoint management with Jamf

• Working with internet providers and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery

• Providing day-to-day support for end users, including remote staff

• Monitoring and managing the IT support ticket queue

What you’ll need

• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, and Mac computers

• Strong background in IT Service Desk support

• Curiosity or knowledge of the blockchain space is a plus

• Willingness to travel to Paris and other locations at least once every two months
