Compensation
Ironsite is a tool company built by builders, for builders. We build rugged, hardhat-mounted cameras that capture egocentric vision data from the jobsite and turn it into a daily production report delivered to project leaders every morning by 5am.
We help teams cut labor costs, improve safety, and finish projects faster. We have captured ~75,000 hours of construction footage across 7 states and just partnered with the nation's #2 hard hat manufacturer. In addition, we have secured over $13M from 8VC, South Park Commons, Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist @Google), amongst others. Now, we're building the team to scale nationwide.
We're seeking an exceptional IT Engineer to own internal IT as we scale nationwide. You'll build the identity, device, and security foundation that lets a fast-growing, distributed company move quickly and safely: how people get access on day one, how every laptop and field device is managed and secured, and how we meet the compliance bar our enterprise customers expect. You'll support a workforce that spans HQ, remote staff, and field crews across the United States, and your work will keep the whole company secure and productive.
- Identity & Access Management: Build automated onboarding/offboarding, SSO, and least-privilege access across our SaaS stack and multi-cloud environments so the right people get the right access on day one - and lose it cleanly when they leave
- Device & Endpoint Management: Stand up MDM and EDR across the laptop fleet, plus asset management and provisioning workflows for the hardware deployed across jobsites
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain the controls behind SOC2 and ISO27001, partner with the team on InfoSec, and build the evidence and monitoring that makes audits routine rather than fire drills
- IT Support & Enablement: Build the support workflows and self-serve tooling that keep a distributed, multi-state team, including office and field, unblocked and productive
- Networking & Corporate Infrastructure: Own corporate networking, VPN, and the core IT systems the company runs on, managed as code wherever possible

- Building asset management and provisioning for a growing fleet of field-deployed hardware
- Automating IT and infrastructure workflows so the IT footprint scales sub-linearly with headcount
