We’re looking for a strategic IT Director to bring our three core IT functions under one roof as the company grows across multiple countries. This person will own the entire internal technology stack — from infrastructure reliability and identity governance to employee support and office connectivity — turning business needs into a secure, scalable, and coherent IT operating model.
Teams You Will LeadInfrastructure & Identity — manages core IT infrastructure and secures access and identity across the company
IT Support & Service Desk — helps employees resolve technical issues and keeps daily IT operations running smoothly
Network — deploys and maintains office network infrastructure
Set and deliver a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with the company’s growth and expansion across entities (USA, EU, UA)
Manage IT budget, headcount planning, and vendor relationships across all three teams
Set and enforce IT governance — policies, SLAs, security posture, and audit readiness
Advance IAM maturity across the company — SSO, MFA, Zero Trust principles, and access lifecycle management
Ensure network infrastructure delivers the performance and redundancy distributed offices need
Bring the IT support function to measurable service quality — CSAT, ticket SLAs, self-service deflection
Work with Security, HR, and Legal on onboarding/offboarding, device management, and compliance
Assess and roll out tooling that increases automation and cuts manual IT overhead as we scale
Grow leadership within each team — identify, coach, and retain team leads, and build clear career paths across IT functions
7+ years in IT, including 3+ years leading multiple teams
Hands-on experience with hybrid (on-prem + cloud) enterprise infrastructure
Knowledge of IAM / Zero Trust architecture
Experience running a service desk function
Strong vendor and contract management skills
Ability to present technical decisions to C-level stakeholders
Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions or sites
Nice to have:
IT experience at a fast-scaling tech or engineering company
Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance or government contracting
Experience implementing ISO 27001 or SOC 2
Background in network engineering or hands-on infrastructure roles
Experience leading IT through M&A integration
