What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the USCAN BRM team and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage digital and AI for improving various aspects of our operations.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing new digital solution /AI models, algorithms, and solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct research on emerging trends, digital tools, and techniques in AI, machine learning, and data science to enhance Clarios capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions and tools that drive innovation.
How You Will Do It
- Working with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate solutions, and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of AI models and digital applications.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting edge solutions into existing systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability.
- Supporting ongoing efforts for Continuous Improvements.
- Building complex problems methodically and think critically
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, and/or related field.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
- Duration: Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
