The Global Operations and Supply Chain Value stream is accountable for the plan, build and run activities for all applications from the Global Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders. The Global IT Deliver team is part of the Global Operations and Supply Chain value stream and is accountable for the Warehousing, Transportation, Dangerous Goods and Trade Compliance systems.

We are seeking a senior-level experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team with a primary focus on building of our custom Warehousing, Transportation, Dangerous Goods and Trade Compliance applications, mainly focused on .NET. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, high-performance applications and a passion for leveraging modern development practices and tools.

Assignment: Road to Modernization we need to move several .NET applications to new servers with a higher OS (from Windows Server 2012 to 2022). We have applications to need to be moved, refactored or decommissioned. Need to upgrade to new versions of the frameworks (.NET and SQL server), working under guidance of Medtronic lead developer.

A Day in the Life

· Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET technologies, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

· Work with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing SQL queries and T-SQL stored procedures.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

· Utilize GIT repositories for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy to streamline deployments.

· Apply best practices in software development, including conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and maintaining high coding standards.

Must Haves

· 5+ years’ experience as a full stack .NET developer in a project based environment.

· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, etc.).

· Solid experience with SQL Server, including SQL and T-SQL.

· Hands-on experience with GIT repositories and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy.

· Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.

· Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Excellent communication in English as well as collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant or adjacent experience required.

· Experience with full cycle implementation projects.
