Role and responsibilities
As Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for executing key initiatives that bring our IT & Data strategy to life. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure alignment across the organization. Your responsibilities include:
Leading strategic IT & Data initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategy execution.
Monitoring initiative performance and reporting progress to stakeholders
Facilitating strategic decision-making within the IT & Data Management Team
Partnering with change management to ensure sustainable transformation
Education and experience
Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
7–10 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on IT strategy execution
Skills
Strategic thinker with a systems mindset
Strong understanding of IT & Data industry trends
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to influence without authority and manage resistance
Comfortable working in high-pressure environments
Hands-on mentality with well-developed consultancy skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset

You will join the Office of the CIO (OCIO), a team of 50 professionals at the forefront of IT craftsmanship and strategic alignment. The IT & Data Strategy & Innovation team supports the IT & Data Management Team in defining and industrializing strategy, aligning portfolios, and managing innovation.
