Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives across corporate offices and plant operations.
- Manage and respond to security incidents (IR), ensuring swift containment and resolution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to strengthen security posture.
- Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to embed security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in IT security, with exposure to both corporate and plant/manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of incident response, threat management, and risk management.
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
