SUMMARY
Work with IT and business teams to organize various components needed to initiate, progress and conclude support tickets. Duties include coordinating support tickets, tracking progress and results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as assigned):
- Manage and process the daily requests from end users for hardware and software
- Knowledge of the characteristics of software licensing and IT hardware products and services being procured.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely convey information.
- Assist manager with project management status, tasks, and deliverables.
- Other duties may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Results driven
- IT and business/industry knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong Customer Service Orientation
- Foundation in technology terminology and understanding
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience.
