Job DescriptionMain Tasks:
- Implementing policies, the reference framework, methods, and tools to control IT Continuity and Resilience.
- Develop and update IT continuity policies in compliance with group requirements.
- Coordinating the maintenance of IT continuity plans aiming to describe the recovery solution for the different DR scenarios by supporting IT asset manager.
- Support IT asset managers in describing recovery solutions for different DR scenarios.
- Improving the quality of IT Continuity plans to be compliant with all Group IT Continuity requirements.
- Coordinating the scheduling of IT continuity exercise aiming to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the various recovery solutions by following IT asset managers.
- Plan and coordinate IT continuity exercises to demonstrate the effectiveness of recovery solutions.
- Following up of the execution of DR exercises from planning to post exercise phases. Gathering and controlling evidence of IT continuity exercise performed by following IT asset managers. Checking the consistency of exercise reports.
- Reporting on IT Continuity and Resilience.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of IT continuity plans, procedures, and incident reports.
- Providing training and awareness programs to all stakeholders
- Proposing improvement in the BAU processes.
- Suggest improvements in IT continuity processes to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Language Skills
- English - Fluent
- French - Intermediate
Technical skills:
- Data analysis tools (Power BI, etc)
