Job Title: IT Configuration Manager

Location: Austin, Texas 78751.

Duration: long term

Work mode: Hybrid

Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Must Have:

• 5 years of advanced knowledge in ITIL configuration management principles and best practices, including developing and maintaining configuration management processes and policies.

• 5 years of strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.

• 5 years of experience supporting and maintaining CMDB platforms such as BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Atlassian, etc.

• 4 years of experience performing regular configuration audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with configuration management plans and system objectives.

• 4 years of responsibility in verifying and auditing configuration statuses and assisting with configuration verification to ensure CI (Configuration Item) consistency with specifications and requirements.

• 4 years of hands-on experience as a Configuration Manager or in a similar role overseeing IT Service Management processes and standards.

• ITIL 4 Foundation certified with 4 years of practical application.
