We’re searching for a strategic, creative, and influential IT communications and change leader to join our Strategy & Governance team. In this role, you’ll bring technology to life—crafting stories, shaping employee experiences, and driving adoption of the tools and capabilities that power our digital future.
Key Responsibilities
Storytelling & Strategic Communications
Create compelling narratives for major IT initiatives—AI, digital platforms, modern tools, and process transformations.
Translate complex technical topics into clear, simple, user‑friendly language.
Build executive‑ready messaging and employee communications across email, intranet, collaboration tools, and presentations.
Change Management & Adoption
Partner with IT and business leaders to design and deliver change and adoption strategies that drive awareness and lasting engagement.
Identify change impacts, risks, and readiness needs; build and execute mitigation plans.
Measure adoption using data and feedback, iterating to continuously improve.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT leaders and cross‑functional partners.
Lead stakeholder engagement and alignment strategies across a global, matrixed organization.
Influence with confidence, clarity, and diplomacy.
Employee Enablement & Learning
Develop guides, playbooks, training pathways, and self‑service resources that empower employees.
Apply adult‑learning principles to support behavior change and skill building.
Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and easy to consume.
Strategy & Governance Alignment
Ensure all communications and change efforts support the broader IT strategy and enterprise priorities.
Stay ahead of IT roadmaps to proactively plan messaging and enablement activities.
Establish communication standards, templates, and best practices for consistent delivery.
Required Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in IT communications, change management, employee enablement, or related fields.
Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Proven ability to simplify complexity for executive, technical, and non‑technical audiences.
Experience leading communications and adoption for enterprise‑scale IT initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, with experience advising senior leaders.
Background applying learning‑and‑development principles to training and enablement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting AI initiatives, digital transformation, or emerging tech adoption.
Strong SharePoint skills (content strategy, IA, governance).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and modern intranets.
Change management certification is a plus.
