Job Title: IT & Business Systems Specialist with Accounting Knowledge

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on problem-solver with a strong foundation in accounting and technical expertise to join our lean and collaborative team in Phoenix. This role involves providing essential IT support, ERP system assistance, PowerBI expertise, and general technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership of tasks, and leverages their accounting knowledge to optimize business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Support:
   
• Deliver first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, and networking equipment.
• Ensure quick resolution of IT tickets and maintain detailed documentation.
2. ERP System Support:
   
• Provide hands-on assistance with ERP systems, including accounting and finance modules.
• Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and troubleshooting within the ERP system.
• Assist team members in using the ERP system effectively to manage accounting processes.
3. Accounting Knowledge Application:
   
• Leverage accounting expertise to ensure accurate financial data within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline accounting workflows and compliance processes.
• Provide insights and solutions for financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
4. PowerBI Expertise:
   
• Build and maintain impactful PowerBI dashboards and visualizations for financial and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Troubleshoot PowerBI issues and ensure data quality and accuracy.
5. General Hands-On Support:
   
• Be the go-to person for operational, technical, and accounting support needs.
• Collaborate with the team to address immediate challenges and long-term improvements.
• Identify gaps and take initiative to implement solutions and drive results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support, ERP systems, and basic accounting processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgets.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar) and their accounting/finance modules.
• Experience building PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
• Experience automating routine accounting and IT tasks.
• Certification in relevant tools or technologies (e.g., ERP systems, PowerBI, ITIL).
