About us
We are a leading UK technology company delivering transformative, data‑driven solutions for the energy sector and beyond. With two decades of experience, we help organisations unlock the power of smart data to improve efficiency, reduce cost to serve, and enhance customer experience.
Trusted by millions of households and major industry partners, our innovative platforms and energy data management solutions support a smarter, more sustainable future. Our passionate team of problem solvers is committed to building technology that truly makes a difference, and our promise is to put customers at the heart of everything we do.
What does this role involve?
As our IT Business Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of the organisation, working closely with stakeholders and IT delivery teams to translate business needs into impactful technology solutions.
You’ll collaborate with customer-facing teams and internal stakeholders to uncover opportunities for new features, smarter processes, and meaningful improvements to existing systems. From shaping early ideas through research and data analysis, to helping build compelling business cases, you’ll play a key role in influencing priorities and ensuring the right initiatives move forward.
Day to day, you’ll dive into requirements gathering, analysing current processes and workflows to find where efficiency, quality, or customer experience can be improved. You’ll help design practical, value-driven IT solutions that align with wider organisational goals, acting as the vital link between business users and technical teams.
You’ll also support solution testing and validation, ensuring what’s delivered truly meets business needs. Alongside this, you’ll create clear, structured documentation, from requirements and process flows to user guides, helping teams work confidently and consistently long after delivery.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity and seeing their work make a real difference across the business.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is curious, analytical, and confident working across both business and technology.
You’ll be skilled in core business analysis techniques, from requirements management and process mapping to data modelling, and confident analysing complex data to generate insight and support well‑informed decisions.
Problem‑solving skills will come naturally to you, as will the ability to see the bigger picture while still paying attention to detail.
You’ll have demonstrable experience in business analysis, ideally within a regulated or complex environment such as energy or healthcare and be comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.
Clear communication is key. Your interpersonal skills will allow you to collaborate confidently within cross‑functional teams & stakeholders, acting as a calm, credible bridge between technical and non‑technical audiences.
