As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving automation, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless delivery across projects. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!
Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and challenges business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
- Identifies process inefficiencies and proposes optimization strategies.
- Collaborates with Process Owners and Key Users to build and maintain documentation (Functional Specs, Test Plans).
- Supports IT teams throughout project phases, ensuring alignment and quality.
- Tracks project progress and communicates updates to stakeholders.
Profile:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of IT systems and technical environments (automation experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and ideally Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proactive, organized, and client-focused.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
