Job Description

The primary objective of the project is to develop a solution for analyzing financial statements within the corporate loan origination process for a major European bank. This solution will be constructed using an ETL workflow and integrated with PEGA.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating alignment and clarity of requirements by serving as a liaison between IT and business teams.
• Drafting functional and non-functional requirements for a solution that analyzes financial statements in the corporate loan origination process.
• Conducting data analysis and interpretation from multiple sources as part of requirement gathering.
• Documenting analysis and data mapping rules and securing approval from relevant process and solution owners.
• Actively collaborating and supporting team members and other project stakeholders.
• Assisting with data releases.
• Operating within a cross-functional agile scrum team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Mapping and Business Process Modelling.
• Understanding of financial statements and/or the loan origination process for Corporate Clients.
• Ability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical terms that developers can easily understand.
• Experienced in using Jira and Confluence. 
• High level of proficiency in English language - B2+/C1 level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders to gather their requirements.
• Willingness to work in a cross-country and cross-functional setting.
• Possess a positive, proactive attitude, eager to face challenges and take on new tasks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PEGA and/or DataStage (or other ETL tools) and SQL.

Additional Information

• Work model: Remote (with required on-site presence for onboarding, planning, important workshops - minimum once per quarter; offices location's Warsaw, Łódź, Tricity) 
• Type of contract: B2B;
• Rate: up to 120 PLN/h net + vat;
• Project length: 6-12 months + possible extension;
• Start: 09/2024;
